Will it open
my RAW files?
What Playroom 0.3.0-beta opens, which camera bodies have a colour profile PIXL fitted itself, and how lenses are corrected. It's a beta, so tell us when a file doesn't open: Help → Report a Problem.

Camera RAW and more.
Camera RAW through LibRaw, DNG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, AVIF, JPEG XL, TIFF and WebP. The RAW extensions are listed below. Nothing is imported: point Playroom at a folder.
- Colour
46 bodies with PIXL's own profile.
For each of these, PIXL fitted a colour profile from the camera's measured spectral sensitivity. Any other camera is developed with the colour its file carries, and you can switch any photo between the two.
- Optics
About 1,500 lenses, offline.
Distortion and vignetting profiles for about 1,500 lenses come from the Lensfun database, matched from the photo's metadata, with fisheye defishing. The catalogue updates from our models server.

Decoding is LibRaw's, so a camera LibRaw can't read yet can't be opened. Playroom's RAW engine changed in an earlier beta, and files that didn't open before were tried again (see What's new).
The 46 camera bodies with a PIXL profile
The figure beside each name is the mean colour error, in CIEDE2000, on 38 colour patches held back from the fit, in daylight. Lower is closer; around 1 is hard to see. How the profiles are made, and their tungsten figures, are in the PixlRGB specification.
